The icy road conditions along Ohio 229 may have caused a car crash that killed three over the weekend.

James W. Wyatt III, age 33; Elizabeth Wyatt, age 28; and Isabella Zinsmaster, age 8, died Sunday evening around 6:188 pm at Ohio 229 west of Horseshoe Road in Delaware County, Also involved in the crash was front seat passenger Jessica Wray, age 22 of Alexandria, Virginia. The four were in a 2004 Chrysler Sebring.

The Wyatts were brother and sister. Isabella was Elizabeth Wyatt’s daughter. All three victims lived in Marion. Wray was James Wyatt’s fiancé.

Alcohol use is not suspected in the crash. None of the occupants were wearing seat belts.

Isabella Zinsmaster was a student at McKinley in Marion. The school will have counselors at the school in the morning.
