A Marion Man was indicted on Wednesday. Thirty-two-year-old Joshua S. Higgins, of 229 Edwards Street, is accused of sexually assaulting a fifteen-year-old girl at least 30 times. According to an affidavit filed with the Marion Municipal Court, the assaults happened in August and September of this year. He is also accused of filming two of the times he assaulted the girl. Also according to the affidavit a man believed to be Higgins is seen sexually abusing a 2-year-old girl, in a third video. Higgins is currently in the Multi-County Correctional Center being held on a one million dollar bond. Higgins is scheduled to appear for arraignment on Monday.
