The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has released their list of the Most Wanted Fugitives for the week of June 24th. With one person on list with ties to Marion and Galion. Forty-nine year-old Richard Castle, has blond hair and blue eyes and is 5'10" tall and weighs 180 pounds. Castle is wanted for escape, and has ties to the Mansfield, Marion, and Galion areas.
