Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Marion man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions. On December 29th, Dan K. Lust was stopped for a marked lane violation on Church Street in Marion. Troopers saw signs of impairment and he was arrested for OVI. Lust was arraigned in Marion Municipal Court on December 30th and entered a plea of not guilty. You’re encouraged to use #677 to report impaired drivers and drug activity.
