Ivanka Trump last night praised Oprah Winfrey's speech at Sunday's Golden Globes and then Twitter had a field day slamming her for it.
The First Daughter tweeted, "Just saw @Oprah's empowering & inspiring speech at last night’s #GoldenGlobes. Let’s all come together, women & men, & say #TIMESUP! #United." Twitter immediately jumped on her and called her a hypocrite because of the multiple accusations of sexual harassment made against her father, Donald Trump.
Many celebrities got in on the act including Alyssa Milano who tweeted, "Great! You can make a lofty donation to the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund that is available to support your father's accusers." Actor Adam Pally, who is the executive producer of The President Show on Comedy Central, said, "What about the 16 counts of sexual harassment and assault leveled against your dad? Oh and the access HOLLYWOOD tape, oh and how he’s openly stated he’s sexually attracted to you his daughter, what about that?"
