Sometimes all you need is a little self-TLC to get your shizz back in order. - Watch TV shows that are funny or comforting.
- Get a full night’s sleep every night.
- Put on fresh clothing.
- Take a hot bath.
- Read inspiring quotes.
- Ask for help if you need it.
- Unplug from social media for a few days.
- Splurge a little on something you’ve been wanting.
