A test to see how at risk of premature death you are is going viral, and for good reason.
Doctors say they now have a way to see if you might be at risk of premature death. They call it the stair test and it requires you to climb four flights of stairs at a brisk pace in less than one minute without stopping.
The doctor who came up with the test, Dr. Jesús Peteiro, says if you can do that you're probably not at immediate risk of heart disease, cancer or other ailments. If not, it's a sign you need more exercise and may be at risk.
There were more than 12-thousand people in the study released yesterday at the European Society of Cardiology.
