There’s a long list of things that Millennials have been blamed for “killing off.” Tuna may be one of them.
Experts say bar soap, fabric softeners, and even door bells have started disappearing because the younger Americans aren’t into them. Starkist Tuna exec Andy Mecs says they are definitely behind the slow demise of tuna.
The problem, it seems, is that a lot of millennials don't know how to use a can opener. In fact, according Mecs’ statement, many millennials don't even own can openers. Earlier this week on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”, the theory was put to the test with his street team challenging millennials to open a can.
With one exception, the can stayed sealed. One person even broke the can opener twice while trying.
