Have You Been Inside A Bank Lately?

When was the last time you actually went inside a bank? Do you think there’s a need for physical brick and mortar banks anymore? Seems most people don’t. A survey by MagnifyMoney found that 80% of respondents (and 87% of Millennials) said they took care of all their banking online or through a mobile app. What’s interesting is that this isn’t just a “young” thing. People from Gen Z (under 22) to The Silent Generation (74+) were part of the survey. More than 10% of respondents said they hadn’t been inside a physical bank in the last year and 15% said they haven’t been inside a bank in six months. (Study Finds)

Plant parents … We already know that people are having kids later in life and that Millennials often see their pets as their “fur babies.” But it now seems that plants have taken the place of kids as well. A new survey found that 70% of Millennials consider themselves “plant parents.” 30% said one of hardest lessons about being a "plant parent" is how easy it can be to accidentally kill your plant. 60% say they worry about making sure their plants get enough sunlight and 56% say they often worry about whether their plants have enough water. 81% say having pants around them has a positive effect on their mental and physical well-being.
