#RIP: Actor and Entertainer DMX has passed... he was 50.

It would seem RAPPER and ENTERTAINER DMX - aka EARL SIMMONS - has passed.

Multiple sources are reporting rapper DMX is dead. His real name is Earl Simmons and he has recently been on life-support in a New York hospital. DMX was nominated for a Grammy three times and won two American Music Awards. He's best known for his singles "Ruff Ryders Anthem" and "Party Up (Up In Here)."

TMZ reported earlier this morning that his organs were failing at that his family faced a "tough" choice.
