We’re taking it to the streets in Downtown Marion!
The Third Thursday summer music series kicks off May 18 with Left of Center, a Marion-based band that plays a variety of pop, rock, and other genres of music. Hard Drive, another Marion-based band that bills itself as “not too heavy, not too light,” will perform on June 15. The rest of the musical lineup for the summer is pending and will be announced soon.
This event has typically happened from May to October but Downtown Marion, Inc. has announced plans to expand the event to be year round. When colder weather sets in, the activities will be moved inside local restaurants, bars, and retail spaces to keep the party going all year long.
