Now that we’re finally over all of our end of the year holiday indulgences, Valentine’s Day is here to fill our homes and offices with candy once again. Not that we mind really – we love a sweet treat as much as the next girl. But it does make it hard to stick to those New Year’s resolutions to eat healthy and get in shape.
So how do we deal with the abundance of sweets coming our way for Valentine’s Day? Experts say it’s okay to indulge a little, but portion control is key. Ideally, you should go for a serving that has between 50 and 100 calories – so you’re satisfied, but not grabbing a giant candy bar.
