Marion City Schools Superintendent Barber to Resign!

Marion City Schools Superintendent Gary Barber has informed the board and staff that he will be resigning at the end of this school year to accept the superintendent's job at the Tiffin City Schools. In an email to the staff he mentioned many successes during his tenure including the Four Pillars to Student Success, the Gear Up and Presidential Pathways programs. Mr. Barber said that he is proud to report that 70.8 percent of MCS' current seniors have applied to college and 63.2 percent have been accepted.
