Baseball season is back, and with it comes the issue of trying to keep up your healthy habits while at the ballpark. Doctor Michael Roizen with the Cleveland Clinic says eating healthy is possible, but it's going to take some work.
Doctor Roizen says most ballparks offer a variety of options other than the standard hot dog. Getting up and walking around to see what the ballpark has to offer also allows you to get more steps along the way. One ballpark staple that is good for you are peanuts. He also recommends getting a bottle of water while you are there to stay hydrated.
