Waitress Touched By Customer’s Gift

GW Carson’s restaurant in Branford, Connecticut is home to one very grateful waitress.

Keri Marie Carlson has to wear two hearing aids, and when one was not working properly a customer whom she was walking to his table noticed. He asked her about it, she shared it was broken and the generous customer gave her 500 dollars for the repairs.

Just like that, out of the blue, someone made Keri’s day. “I cried for a minute in his arms,” Keri said. “I cried in his wife’s arms.”

Moved by the gesture, Keri’s boss donated part of the restaurant’s t-shirt deal proceeds to the American Society For Deaf Children.

It’s that easy to pay it forward.
