Saturday is "Stamp Out Hunger" with the USPS!

Saturday, May 13th the U.S. Postal Service is asking you to help them "Stamp Out Hunger!" If you'd like to help, just put a bag to non-perishable items at your mailbox, and it'll be taken to the local food pantries by mail personnel. If you're on a rural route, please put the food in your mailbox. They'd appreciate no glass container items, as to keep things from breaking.

Pam Donato is organizing the nationwide food drive, which comes at a time where your donations are sorely needed.

The Post Office hopes to collect more than 80-million pounds of food this year. About 49-million people in the U.S. do not know where their next meal is coming from. That number includes 16-million children.
