Kate Hudson’s 6-Year-Old Gives Honest Review Of Her Golden Globes Look

Hudson had a handful of eyes on her Golden Globes look this year, but her six-year-old daughter Rani was quite possibly her biggest critic!

Hudson spoke with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet to discuss what the annual award show meant to her, and who helped put together her gorgeous look. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress admitted that her sons didn't really care what she was wearing, while her daughter was all about helping her prepare for the event.

"We’re calling it Power Princess. That’s what my friends said! I was like, ‘Alright, I’ll lean in!’ My son [Ryder] is going to be 21 in two days, so I don’t know where he is. The other one, [Bingham], is 13 so he’s locked himself in his bedroom, so really it’s Rani who’s, you know, picking apart everything and making sure I wore the right necklace. She’s all over it! She’s the girl!"

The navy blue Carolina Herrera dress was embellished with sequins to complement a strapless bodice and a grand skirt. Hudson certainly leaned into the "princess power" of the look as she made her way across the red carpet, and stunned throughout the entire evening.

Hudson shares son Ryder with ex Chris Robinson, son Bingham with ex Matt Bellamy, and daughter Rani with fiancé Danny Fujikawa, per US Weekly.
