At 2 AM this morning, the stage was 11.1 feet. * Flood stage is 11.0 feet. * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast. * The river will continue rising to near 11.6 feet by this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage late tonight. * At 12.0 feet...Flooding occurs in lowland areas south of the Village of La Rue. Route 37, North High Street, and parts of Vine Street.
