Cow Milk Makes You Taller

Drinking cow milk leads to kids who are just a bit taller than those who drink alternatives like soy and rice milk. A new study in the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition" found that the average difference in three year olds was about half an inch. The researchers say they haven't yet been able to determine if the shorter children catch up to their peers in adulthood.

The study came about after it was notes that the once 30 gallons a year of cow’s milk Americans were drinking is now at 18.
