There are so many factors that come into play when you lose weight that no two people do it the same, or at the same pace. Age, fitness level, overall health issues, and lifestyle are major factors.
Things to consider along the way are if your fat loss is the biggest part of your weight loss. That is a must! Also you do have a harder time losing weight as you age, so get it off now and keep it off.
One factor that many overlook is lifestyle. If you don’t get enough sleep (which is a huge factor), are overly stressed, and don’t have enough support the journey will be tough.
