- You have a clear cut stressor. If there is something specific stressing you out, then it’s normal.
- It doesn’t interfere with daily functions. Normal!
- It motivates you. Anxiety gives us a call to action under normal circumstances.
- You’re able to manage it. If you aren’t going off the rails, all is well.
- There aren’t any other symptoms.
