Just when you thought Equifax couldn’t mess up any more than they have….they tweeted.
The credit monitoring company, as we told you, was victim to not one but two breaches. That exposed over 140 million people’s info. Naturally, to make amends they are providing support and services to those millions of customers.
The best way to get the info out is to tweet, but instead of posting equifaxsecurity2017.com, they put up securityequifax2017.com. Oopsy!
It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't done it over seven times so far. But the good news is, the incorrect address points you to a mock site. Remember...not everything you read on the internet is true!
