Cleveland Clinic Doctor Michael Roizen says getting the whole family involved in daily exercise is as easy as taking a walk. He says it's important to start good health habits as children because they are easier to stick with in the long run and adds the key to keeping everyone active is to find an exercise the whole family enjoys.
A little bit of competition is also beneficial because it can get family members motivated to do more each day. Doctor Roizen throws in that planning and prepping healthy meals for the family is also helpful.
