Hurry up!! You don’t have much time to take advantage of the fact that you can break habits during Daylight Savings. The shift is tough for us in different ways, but it’s a good time to really try to break some of those bad habits that we keep telling ourselves we’ll ditch. Here are some habits you can break today:
- Get your sleep schedule back in order by going to bed an hour earlier than you normally do.
- Commit to making a steady dietary change like having fruit instead of chocolate as a snack.
- Add 15-30 minutes of exercise to your diet every day before you go to bed or right when you wake up.
