There’s no magic bullet for weightloss, but building healthy habits will sure help.
If you start in your 20s, by the time your metabolism slows in your 40s, weightloss won’t be an uphill battle. On the other hand, you can do successfully in middle age too. Here are some must haves:
- Cut liquid calories. They are generally loaded with sugar and other calorie packed ingredients.
- Erase the word “diet” from your memory. It’s negative connotation doesn’t help at all.
- Ditch the scale and focus on the tape measure.
- It’s all about the quality not the quantity of the meals.
- Set activity goals.
