Starting this summer, the Draken Harald Harfagre will dock in 16 ports along the coast. In 2016, the Draken left Norway and successfully crossed the North Atlantic Ocean, re-creating some of Viking Explorer Leif Erikson's adventures before docking in Mystic Seaport, Connecticut.
Captain Bjorn Ahlander says that each Draken stopover offers a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for visitors to relive Viking history. He says that guests get to take guided tours of the ship, as well as interact with the crew while they share their experience of recreating one of the world's most mythological sea voyages.
And if you want to be a real crew member, you can get info on how to apply here.
