Love eggs for breakfast? Then eat up!
People who eat an egg a day seem to have a lower risk of heart disease. That's according to a new hardcore Chinese study that followed a half million people’s egg habits and health for nine years.
Adults who had at least one egg every day saw their risk drop by 18-percent. They also had a 26-percent lower risk of hemorrhagic stroke. The research is published in the journal "Heart."
Eggs got a bad rap for years, but they’re a good source of protein, have a lot of good cholesterol in them, and can help reduce inflammation.
