Last night was the third annual A Taste of Marion, organized by Downtown Marion, inc.
I was asked to be the Master of Ceremonies for the fun night out.
Hundreds of supporters attended the third annual event that showcases local foods and the MarionMade people who produce it. The evening is a fundraiser for Downtown Marion to decorate for the holidays, plant beautiful flowers and place flags in the downtown area.
The judges awarded Sansotas Fresh Italian in the Savory category and Andrews Pastries in the Sweetest category. The People's Choice "MarionMade Award" also went to Sansotas Fresh Italian.
