Bucket lists are great, but one life coach wants to try a reverse bucket list.
The concept takes stock on how you’ve already done in your life so you can build on that. Here’s what life coach Trav Bell says to do to create the reverse bucket list:
- Clear your head. You can’t take the next steps with a cluttered mind.
- Look through old photos.
- Write down all you are grateful for.
- Share your bucket list!
