What Are You Willing To Give Up To Lose Weight?

People will give up a lot to get to their ideal weight.

With most New Year’s resolutions, especially weight goals, failing, a new survey details what people would give up forever if they could stay at their goal weight. According to healthy lifestyle brand Life Time, nearly half of the people asked would give up pizza or alcohol.

Women actually prefer getting rid of pizza while the men said they'd give up their beer. One and half percent of the respondents said they would be willing to give up sex if it meant staying trim.

Other takeaways include:

  • 11-percent would give up caffeine while 19-percent said they wouldn't be willing to give up anything at all.
  • More people say they feel healthier, with the number being at 66-percent.
  • 11-percent admit that Instagram is their weightloss motivation.
  • 47-percent say small group workouts are the most motivating.
  • 47-percent also say wellness/fitness routines are the hardest to stick to.
  • The most intimidating part of the gym is the weights according to 37-percent.
