As the new owner of twitter Elon Musk has the power to ban and unban anyone he wants. He says that once the deal officially goes through he will reverse the permanent ban put on Donald Trump. He believes that “permanent bans should be extremely rare and really reserved for accounts that are bots, or scam, spam accounts"
