Alright ya'll... here's my READING LIST for the SUMMER of 2021!
I wanted to make this for you guys last year, but, honestly, I let time get away from me... and this is what happens when you have a bunch to do day in and day out... and you don't ask for help.
Flash forward, I've learned to ask for help, to better prioritize, and to better react to the changes life brings to us all day in and day out...
... advice I learned in the book TRIBE OF MENTORS which I crushed last summer. It's a book by Timothy Ferris. I go back to it often.
Anyway, thanks to some great recommendations from Literati, a book club I joined, and to some recommendations from some people I really respect as leaders in life, business, culture and thought, this is the list. It's got novels and thought-stimulating works. Self-help and inspirational stuff. Stories of overcoming. Stories of making political change. It's a pretty exciting list, and I'm looking forward to getting into it this weekend and beyond!
Have you read any of these? Do you have anything to add? the great thing about reading and learning... is that it never stops. Books are powerful things... at least, that's what LeVar Burton taught me when I watched Reading Rainbow as a kid.
