You use an air fryer, right? This info caught my eye on the NextDoor app and I found it to be interesting...
This neighbor writes:
"My wife cooked some chicken in her new air fryer and our upstairs air quality monitor went nuts, showing a PM (Particulate Matter aka POLLUTANTS IN THE AIR) level of 2.5 out of 91... and you are in the RED ZONE of DANGER at 25! A web search says these air fryers are hazardous if used in an unventilated area, so we've moved this out of the house and into the garage!"
Well, I went and looked into this myself... and here's what I found.
2) Nobody seems to care very much about the risks.
There's more to this story, too. Using a range hood (like over an oven) doesn't help matters much. So now, I've gotta know...
AIR FRYER YES or AIR FRYER NO?
What say you??
